OH MY…I LOVE THIS ANTIQUE PICTURE AND FRAME…LOVE THE DELICATE GOLD BEADING AROUND THE PICTURE AND ORNATE GESSO FRAME…. THIS IS A VERY VERY OLD FRAME AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES, THE BACK IS MADE OF OLD WOOD SO I DID NOT TRY TO TAKE IT APART TO CLEAN….

This Antique Picture of a lovely young lady sitting by the fire with the large cast iron kettle and what appears to be a small child wrapped up in a blanket next to her is very old and looks to have a small tear at the top …The Antique Gesso Frame has some gesso loss on one corner (as seen in the pictures) as one would expect of a picture frame of this age…still has such lovely craftsmanship and character… there is a wire hanger on the back ready to hang in it’s new home… This beauty measures 24″ wide x 20″ tall and the actual picture is 18″ x 12″…..
